Brief

Loch Fyne Seafarms have been providing quality shellfish to restaurants world wide since 1987, in 2018 they approached us to update their aging identity. Our task was to create a modern brand that truly captures the heritage, provenance and quality of Loch Fyne’s world class produce.

Response

The brand we created focused around an original drawing of Jamie McMillan’s (CEO) grandfathers first fishing vessel, a fitting tribute to the brands rich history. We commissioned a local artist to produce a Scratch-board etching of the ship, which we then used to inform the brands visual direction. We focused heavily on materials and processes throughout the project enabling us to capture the quality, provenance and tactile nature of Loch Fynes world class produce. The photographic style is raw and real and evokes the true essence of fishing Loch Fyne.
